Returns Policy

Unwanted non personalised items can be returned, but would need to be in original packaging with the labels still attached.

You must notify Perfect Prints & Stitch via email to arrange a return – customerservice@perfectstitch.co.uk

We will charge a restocking fee of 25% for unwanted plain items.

If the item is faulty we will need to be notified within 48 hours of the item(s) being received.

Faulty items cannot be returned after 30 days of the item being received.

Unwanted items cannot be returned within 30 days of the item(s) being received.

We do not offer a pickup service and it is your responsibility to arrange the delivery of damaged and unwanted goods.

Refund Policy

We will refund items and orders that are faulty if notified to us within 48 hours of you receiving the product.

We may require a picture of the fault so we can raise this with our manufacturers before issuing a refund.

If you place an order and no longer require the items please inform us within 24 hours so we can issue a full refund.

We do not offer refunds on items that are personalised. We do however, send out a logo proof for approval and it is your responsibility to approve the design via email.

Refunds will be refunded back to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges of items that are personalised.
